Axyon AI expands advisory board

Axyon AI, a provider of AI for asset management firms, has added three experienced names to its panel of senior advisors. Manu Choudhary, Luigi Conti, and Marisol Menendez have joined the Axyon AI advisory board, as the company seeks to accelerate its growth in the asset management sector.

 
Axyon AI provides deep learning solutions that help asset managers deliver more efficient and innovative investment products. Axyon AI, which includes UniCredit and ING Bank among its investors, operates in close partnership with the renowned AI and computer sciences faculty at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
 
Daniele Grassi, CEO at Axyon AI, says: “Our mission at Axyon AI is to help asset managers deliver AI-powered investment products, and our advisory board is a vital part of achieving this. Manu, Luigi, and Marisol will bring valuable experience and insights as we continue to expand our business within the asset management market.”
 
Manu Choudhary is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and senior banker. He previously ran Lloyds Bank’s FX sales operations and was a senior fintech mentor to emerging start-ups during his 12 years at the bank. Manu is currently CEO at DMALINK, an electronic trading platform for emerging markets FX.
 
Luigi Conti brings over two decades of experience in corporate strategy and business development of technology companies to Axyon AI, including founding the venture capital and venture equity firm GEMINEA. Luigi is also VP of Corporate Strategy & Development at AI-firm Expert System.
 
Marisol Menendez has spent 20 years working in open innovation, fintech, and digital transformation, with a track record of supporting finance and technology organisations. Marisol is Chief Open Innovation Officer at South Summit, a global open innovation platform. She’s also Head of NFI Connect and Initiatives for Nordic Future Innovation and was formerly Global Head of Open Innovation at BBVA.
