Bravura expands partnership with Royal London

RELATED TOPICS

Bravura Solutions has expanded its partnership with Royal London, the UK’s largest mutual life and pensions provider, with the launch of a new ISA product in September.

Now available to advisers and clients, the new ISA proposition runs on Bravura’s Sonata platform, an integrated wealth management system that simplifies and automates the administration of pensions, savings and investments using modern digital infrastructure.

The firm writes that the new ISA harnesses Bravura’s API-driven technology to streamline adviser tools through automation and speed. This supports improved profitability for advisers while simplifying operational processes. It also enables greater self-service capabilities, supporting greater transparency and control for clients.

This initiative follows Royal London’s successful 2024 rollout of personal pension and income release solutions, marking the next chapter in a relationship with Bravura that began in 2016.

Chris Spencer, Chief Executive Officer EMEA, Bravura, says: “Royal London came to us with a clear brief to modernise their pensions and savings infrastructure and improve customer engagement across digital channels. Following the successful launch of personal pension and income release products, together we are now building on that progress and we’re proud to extend our partnership into the ISA space. This next phase of our collaboration will help Royal London scale innovation and deliver meaningful growth. Royal London is the latest in a long line of companies who are using Bravura’s market-leading technology to power their core business processing.”

Peter Josse, Group Chief Operating Officer, Royal London, says: “We’re modernising our technology to make life easier for advisers and their clients. Partnering with Bravura has helped us introduce smart digital tools that are already making a difference – streamlining processes and enhancing the adviser-client relationship. We’ve recently built on that success with our new Stocks and Shares ISA. Designed to be simple, accessible and great value. It’s another step forward in helping people build financial resilience, with the support of trusted advice.”
