Carey Olsen is Jersey’s number one adviser for new investment funds

Carey Olsen is the number one adviser for new regulated funds in Jersey, according to the 2016 Monterey Insight Jersey Funds Report, advising more than twice the number of funds than its nearest rival.

Since July 2014, Carey Olsen has advised on 43 per cent of all new funds business in Jersey. 
 
The annual Monterey guide is an analysis of the primary legal service providers to the funds business in Jersey, providing insight on both the number of funds advised and the total assets under management.
 
Carey Olsen funds partner James Mulholland says: "The market has spoken. These are outstanding results and undoubtedly show the clear blue water between ourselves and our competitors. They are testament to our team's hard work and dedication to serving our clients.
