Eze Castle Integration has added new features to the Eze Client Portal allowing clients to visually explore and analyse data associated with their IT environment and operations and create interactive dashboards and reports.
By incorporating Microsoft Power BI business analytics into the platform, the Eze Client Portal is more valuable than ever. Clients can easily customise interactive dashboards and drill-down to explore and analyse data and information. Modern visualisation capabilities, such as word clouds, allow clients to easily identify trends within their service ticket activity and technology environments.
The newest features complement existing Eze Client Portal capabilities including creating and monitoring service tickets as well as real-time access to account information, user activity, disaster recovery/backup reports and more. The Eze Client Portal also provides self-service capabilities to client administrators, for control over their environments. For added access security, the Eze Client Portal utilises multi-factor authentication (MFA) during the login process.
