Waverton and Odey partner to manage European fund

RELATED TOPICS

Investment Management and Odey Asset Management have partnered to manage the existing Waverton European Fund.

As part of the agreement and subject to regulatory approval, Oliver Kelton, the top-rated European fund manager, will join Odey’s investment team in March but continue to manage the Waverton European fund with the same clients, approach and process.

John Anderson, chairman of Waverton, says: “Ollie Kelton has performed exceptionally well for our clients and we are delighted that this relationship will continue.  We know Crispin Odey and his team well, we admire their single-minded focus on performance and we believe both our clients and Ollie are in good hands.”

Kelton says: “After fourteen happy years with Waverton, I am excited to start the next chapter.  Odey is one of the most respected investment houses in Europe and, given the recent growth of the fund, they have the infrastructure to help me perform well for my clients.”
